As we end 2020 and look to 2021, our minds naturally start to move towards the future.

However, we can’t successfully move forward until we release the past.

Have you taken time to stop and recognize all of the myriad of things you’ve accomplished this year?

Have you made time to celebrate your successes and reflect back on how far you’ve come?

Here are two videos to help you refocus your mind and thoughts to help you release the past and embrace what is to come in the year ahead!

There is still some time to sign up for my New Year’s Eve Workshop: Awakening Your Spiritual Vision for the New Year - We will start practice TOMORROW Dec.31st at 5am PST (1pm GMT) and the asana will be followed by a time of meditation and reflection. There are only a few hours left to grab your spot!

Who feels me when I say, “2020 did not go according to plan”?!

So many things were uncertain and it was anything BUT “business as usual.” We were all forced to grow, change and expand in new ways, and these transition periods are not always comfortable.

What I know for sure, though, is that these yoga practices are super powerful and have helped me during the most difficult times, including this past year.

I have a real passion to make this next year the best one yet! Who’s with me?!

I am committed, come what may, to helping my students deepen their practices through my online morning classes, my Insider Membership, and the other workshops and courses that I’ll be offering throughout 2021.

The first course I’ll be starting is called: Ancient Breathing Course 2.0. I’m so excited to be offering this course because one of the most important tools we have for overcoming anxiety and sleepless nights is our breath! It’s a powerful tool that we can connect to immediately, and experience relief right away!

We will begin classes on Sunday, January 17th!

Now that we’re thinking about next year, tell me, how can I help you in 2021, my friend?

What would you love to learn or dive into?

Let me know in the comments below.
